I see in Outlook that I can "Forward Group" as either an Outlook Contact file or a vCard. Not to mention the maintenance of these lists after the fact. But, it's apparently very difficult with POP accounts. I know this is very simple with Exchange distribution groups. Is there any way to import a "Contact Group" into Outlook automatically? The president of the company would like different Contact Groups for the different departments in everyone's Outlook. ![]() We are planning on implementing Exchange soon but this is needed immediately. I'm not used to working in a network without Exchange so I thought I'd throw this question out there.
